So what's new?

Summer School is over and I could not be more excited about it. August 1st Kindergarten will start and I cannot wait to teach, and start my career. Parris and I went out on a date last night it was fun, a movie and dinner.

There was this AMAZING close out sale at pier 1 the other day and everything was 75% off, my mom and I walked and it was as if that store had been robbed. I scored this AMAZING table lamp that normally retails for $75 and beautiful drinking glasses. It was a good buy.

We are going to Seattle for a vacation. We will leave July 19th and return July 23rd. It should be a lot of fun. We will stay with Parris his beloved Aunt Teresa and her children. Parris is really excited about seeing them.

We will find out in a week if we are pregnant or not. I am not getting too excited because I don't want to get disappointed again.

Furthermore we have just been hanging out with family, and Parris has been working his butt off. His car died on him the other day and he had to ask the security guard at the hospital to jump start his car,luckily it worked and he is working on re-charging his batter fully right now.

Layla turned 3 yesterday and she is such a moody dog now. I can't believe she is already 3 and that Mijo is already 1.5 years old. I am waiting for him to slow down because he is still WAY too hyper.

It has been so hot lately that I can't go fr the two mile walks in the morning anymore and I have just been walking around the block. The dogs are feeling the heat too because they are most excited when we get back inside.

Today is Sunday and we don't have anything MAJOR planned but my dad and the boys may have a guys afternoon out, hahaha, they are going to see a movie. Should be fun!

Celebrate!

Our Anniversary dinner was great! It was very good ( BJ's ) and Parris spoiled me with roses and presents! He is a great guy and I am so happy with the love that I found in him. :-)

Anniversary!

Today is our 3 year wedding anniversary! It's one of many more to come, but I doubt that we will celebrate it in any special way. I wanted to go camping or something but we are both working so it makes it a little difficult to get away. I don't even think we got each other anything. I am happy though to be married for 3 years and I am so excited for all the rest of our life together!
Maybe we will go out to eat, I would love to go t BJ's. That place is GOOD! We went there the other day for lunch and it was super yummy. Not to expensive either. The Euro-Cup 2008 Soccer Tournament has started this past Saturday so as all of Europe is partying away so is my family. We all were able to watch the first match where Holland took on the World Champions Italy and took victory with 3-0. It has been 30 years since we beat them, and here we are!! Friday is the next match, I can only imagine the excitement and happenings in Holland! We were all dressed in Orange( Holland's Royal Color!) and ready for the match.. it was great! --- I am off to walk our dogs and then to school and work!

First Time

So this is the first time writing on our blog. I have kind of become addicted to the world of blogging, and sharing experiences. Parris his friend Sarah from the hospital he works at had one of these blogs and I absolutely loved reading hers. Parris just found out he may be eligible to apply for a supervising position and thus be able to only work one job. ♥I am so stoked and jolted for him.♥ It is a great opportunity that h truly deserves. I, on the other hand, am still finishing my schooling and I cannot wait for it to be over and done with. Although I will continue for my masters right away, the ability to have a steady income will bring us a lot of joy, and we can ease up on our money worries.
